HR GENERALIST Full Time/Days ## Full Time Provides assistance and support to the Hospital and the Human Resources Department in all functions, as required, to ensure the operating efficiency of the Department. This position requires flexibility and confidentiality in all aspects of the job, and the ability to assist all employees, Department Heads and visitors in a courteous manner according to hospital policy. Advises and assists management and employees on employee issues and concerns through communication, interpreting and recommending appropriate use of HR policies & procedures, services and programs offered by the facility ## High School education with college degree preferred 1-2 years' previous experience in a healthcare Human Resources setting preferred Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral) Must be able to handle several projects simultaneously in an accurate and successful manner **Primary Location: **FL-Fort Lauderdale **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Human Resources **Organization: **Baptist Health System
