Full time 5am to 1:30pm E/O weekend and E/O holiday
POSITION: Assists in the overall dietary program for the preparation of meals in
accordance with current applicable federal and state standards. Assures quality food service for our residents, staff and guests.
POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
· Ability to follow standardized recipes. Knowledge of basic cooking principles preferred.
· Able to perform simple calculations.
· Regular attendance is required.
· Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
