    Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing workforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of staffing services, strong sales skills, and the ability to create and implement effective business strategies.

    Responsibilities:
    **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: **
    • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Set up meetings and presentations to introduce staffing solutions to clients.
    **Sales & Business Development: **
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals successfully.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
    Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
    • Act as a strategic partner, providing workforce solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
    **Collaboration & Coordination: **
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of client needs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless staffing services.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    **Reporting & Strategy: **
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Participate in strategy discussions and contribute ideas for business growth.

    Requirements:
    • Around 2-3 years of working experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field (preferred).
    Skills:
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
