Summary Description: The Business Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Director of Operations, and Business Operations Manager by providing administrative, operational, and project management support. This role is responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient practice management for our physician clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Provide direct support to the COO, Director of Operations, and Business Operations Manager by managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks.
Assist in coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables for various operational initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for physician practices, ensuring seamless communication between leadership and practice staff.
Support vendor management, contract administration, and compliance tracking for operational projects.
Assist in onboarding new physician practices and implementing management solutions tailored to their needs.
Analyze financial reports, operational data, and key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Evaluate revenue cycle management processes (billing, collections, reimbursement) to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support executive decision-making.
Manage and coordinate healthcare operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work cross-functionally with providers, administrators, and vendors to implement process improvements and enhance operational workflows.
Support technology implementations, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) upgrades and practice management system enhancements.
Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for practice staff.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, and other industry standards.
Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and coordinating audits as needed.
Identify operational risks and work with leadership to implement mitigation strategies.
Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-ups.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, physician practices, and external partners.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide data-driven solutions to leadership.
Drive throughout designated area to client sites and corporate office as needed utilizing personal transportation.
Attends required meetings and participates in training programs as required.
Understands and adhere to HIPAA policies, procedures and regulations to ensure and maintain patient confidentiality.
All other operational duties as assigned.
Travel to client locations as needed to conduct operational assessments, provide on-site support, and implement workflow improvements.
Facilitate training sessions and assist practice staff with new processes and technology implementations.
Develop strong working relationships with physician clients and their teams to understand their unique operational needs.
