Job Description
- Consult subdivision leaders to implement business action plans: resource planning, program planning, and budgeting of operational support for business demands.
- Collaborate with IT Managers/Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and purchases.
- Report and publish KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals.
- Prepare and review internal/external statements of work (SOWs) for the procurement of goods and services.
- Manage and facilitate high profile projects to ensure a timely and smooth completion.
- Prepare executive summaries and weekly performance reports to support decision-making for Executive Management.
- Develop and maintain organizational documentation such as White Paper, process flows, SOPs, memos, financial reporting, etc.
- Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments/enhancements based on changing business needs, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify of expansion or efficiency opportunities.
- Handle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Salary - $70,000 - $95,000 (DOE)/yr.
