Job Summary To provide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. Ability to deal with people in a tactful, helpful and friendly manner. Responsibilities include visiting all patients with a diet order providing available menu options via tablets, building patient trays based on generated CBORD tray tickets, pulling tray carts to designated floors, delivering trays to patients rooms, completing second meal rounds to ensure patient satisfaction once trays have been delivered, and picking up trays after the meals have been consumed. Job Qualifications High school graduate or GED Required. Minimum of 6-12 months experience in either a retail business or institutional food service establishment or establishment requiring customer service skills. Experience operating basic kitchen equipment such as dish machine helpful, basic computer (palm pilot) and telephone skills. Note: current employees must apply via HR Infoweb
