This is a hybrid position working with our Care Manager and Lead Caregivers 3 days a week with our in-home clients and two days a week this position will work with an Assisted Living partner to help engage and care for clients and represent Care to Stay Home in a positive manner.

Competitive Pay of $22.00 to $24.00 an hour (depending on experience)
40 hour work week

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist with care services for clients in their homes
Work with facility partners to assess and assist with client needs as assigned
Assess our in home client needs and report changes or additional concerns to the care team
Assess caregiver assignments to ensure they are appropriately matched to client needs
Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families and our facility partners to provide top-quality service
Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a mature, reliable, and professional individual who is: ✔ Personable and Presentable – A positive attitude and professional appearance are a must ✔ Observant & Proactive – Able to recognize changes in care needs and safety concerns ✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized – Strong ability to take notes, follow through, and manage schedules efficiently ✔ Flexible & Reliable – Must be willing to adjust as client needs change and your schedule changes
Requirements: (Must meet all requirements below to be considered for this opportunity) ✅ WA State NAC Certification and registration on the WA or Idaho registry (Required) ✅ Nurse Delegation Certification (or willingness to complete ✅Must be flexible and available to respond to calls, emails, and texts outside of regular hours when needed ✅The ability to work nights or weekends as needed ✅Answer and communicate with the office scheduling team or on-call manager within 1 hour of contact ✅Willingness to cover additional shifts as a last resort ✅Willing to serve clients in Washington and North Idaho
✅ Ability to complete additional certifications as assigned ✅ Must have reliable transportation and be an approved driver ✅ No allergies that would prevent visiting clients in their home who may have pets or be smokers ✅ Smoke-free workplace requirement for our caregivers ✅ Must be able to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team ✅ Strong computer, office, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
