Performs essential data collection/analyses and tracking functions to ensure compliance with risk management principles and regulatory requirements. This position has significant interactions with Medical Staff members, hospital departments, students and various external entities. This includes, but is not limited to the primary source verification of information, collection and analysis of information received, and pursuit of additional information as necessary.* * Ensures that all documentation meets hospital requirements and is current and accurate. Including but not limited to licensure, certifications, and professional liability insurance for practitioners.*

• Maintains practitioner records via electronic database and/or paper file following the Centura Health guidelines.* * Prioritizes multiple department tasks and projects to ensure they are completed in the required timeframes.
