Provides patient care in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatric care services for child and adolescent services.
Diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and emotional problems in children and adolescents in an in-patient and outpatient setting. Provides leadership participation of the pediatric behavioral clinic. Provides comprehensive consultation and ongoing patient care services for children and adolescents with mental illnesses and disorders in-hospital and ambulatory settings.

Required Experience
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training.
License/Registration/Certification
- Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in the specialty of planned clinical activity.
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
- Current specialty specific cardiopulmonary resuscitation by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross;
Education and Training
- Completion of a four-year M.D./D.O degree program and medical residency.
- Completion of a ACGME approved (or equivalent) post-graduate training in Psychiatry followed by successful completion of an accredited fellowship program in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
