The representative will answer all incoming calls, provide service information, and resolve any customer issues with professionalism, efficiency and accuracy. English Representatives will receive $13/hour. Bilingual (Spanish) Representatives will receive $14/hour. Must be fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities and Duties * Data entry. * Handle incoming calls in timely and efficient manner. * Process payments. * Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using a computer system. * Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. Qualifications and Skills * High school diploma or GED/equivalent required. * 2+ years of experience in Customer Service required. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word. * Strong organizational skills to include prioritization and attention to detail. * Must be reliable, organized, punctual, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
