Renew Physical Therapy, a PT-owned and operated outpatient orthopedic clinic, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Director to oversee the management and clinical operations of our Hillman City location. Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
Mentor and support physical therapists, PTAs, and administrative staff.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
Lead team meetings, in-services, and professional development initiatives.
Management Duties:
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and clinic growth.
Patient Care:
Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and/or pelvic health conditions.
Develop individualized plans of care, incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions.
Supervise PTAs and physical therapy students during patient care.
Document care efficiently and communicate effectively with referring providers.
Qualifications:
Active Washington State Physical Therapy license (or license pending).
3+ years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics (required).
Background in manual therapy and pelvic health (preferred).
Previous leadership or management experience (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
CPR certification (required).
