Horizon Health in Mission SD is seeking a Full Time Clinic Manager who is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership to support, motivate, and influence clinic teams. The Clinic Manager will work collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, and the operations team to implement best practices, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead clinic staff to uphold Horizon Health’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

Coordinate with leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies, including quality initiatives, project priorities, and grant opportunities.

Oversee, plan, and coordinate daily clinic operations.
