    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Home Care Consultant to join our team. As a Home Care Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, creating customized care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, their families, and our care team, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Generate and Track Sales Leads
    • Conduct Market Research
    • Create and Manage Marketing Materials
    • Organize and Participate in Community Relations and Events
    • Monitor and Report on Performance Metrics
    • Collaborate with Internal Teams
    • Manage Budget and Resources
    • Ensure Compliance and Best Practices

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a similar role within the home care or healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of home care services, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000, based on experience.
