    Caring Senior Service is seeking a Home Care Consultant who is responsible, a self-starter, and driven to help seniors stay healthy, happy and at home!

    We are devoted to providing seniors with the home care assistance they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our personalized services allow seniors to age safely in the comfort of their own home - right where they want to be!

    The ideal candidate will foster community relationships, generate new client leads with healthcare professionals, and promote our home care services.

    Through strategic outreach, personalized service, and a commitment to excellence, the Home Care Consultant will play a key role in the growth and success of our home care services.

    This role requires a compassionate, results-driven individual who is dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families by connecting with them with our exceptional caregiving team!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop & execute a sales strategy to generate new client leads

    • Build & maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, & other referral sources

    • Achieve & exceed monthly sales targets

    • Maintain accurate& up-to-date records of sales activities and client information

    • Participate in community events & networking opportunities to promote our services

    • Collaborate with office staff & caregiving team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients

    Qualifications:

    • MUST have proven experience in a similar role within the Home Care, Senior Care, or Healthcare industry
    • Strong knowledge of home care services, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing clients needs
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
    • Proficiency in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

    Salary:

    $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience
