The Consumer Experience Center is looking for a Co-Op who is an analytical and creative thinker who can drive solutions. You will devote to crafting Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.’s Consumer Experience Center in Skillman, NJ as it grows within R&D. As a Co-Op you will:

• Craft the tools and set ongoing record keeping for the Consumer Experience Center.
• Partner with finance to identify the proper protocol for handling receivables for market research initiatives.
• Build templates that can be taken forward to track departmental budget.
• Train members of the team on the templates, so detailed budgeting can continue beyond your assignment.
• Develop skills including working in ambiguity and complexity management.
• Develop skills through working across functions and in a global organization with various finance and other business partners in building a foundation for budgeting moving forward.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate/graduate program seeking a degree majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• A minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA at the time of application.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 6 month co-op term.
• Authorization to work in the United States without limitations and require no sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
• Junior or Senior level standing.
• History of leadership and multi-functional collaboration.

Housing Assistance:

Based on location of assignment, housing assistance is offered to students who live more than 50 miles from their work-site location. This housing assistance includes options for subsidized rent in a fully-furnished apartment close to the work-site, or a stipend payment for students to use at their discretion. Daily transportation to and from the work-site location is the student's responsibility, as most locations are not accessible via public transportation and company transportation is not provided.
