    Horizon Health in any Horizon location is seeking a full-time Dental Front Office Learning and Development Coordinator. The Learning and Development Coordinator designs and delivers engaging training programs for new and existing front office employees, fostering skill development and operational alignment. This role involves creating materials, facilitating sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to enhance workflows and ensure training effectiveness. Successful candidates for the should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care.     Key Responsibilities:

    Facilitate interactive group training sessions in person and via video platforms for new employees that encourage group discussion, collaboration, problem-solving, and skill mastery within a virtual group setting.

    Maintain regular communication with on-site mentors to track the progress of new employees and address training needs.

    Works collaboratively with administrative staff and support teams to enhance systems, promote workflow adoption, and ensure training aligns with operational goals and department needs.
