    Requirements:

    • Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Washington
    • Current CPR certification
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Commitment to providing high-quality, thorough dental care

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, with effective instruction and demonstrations
    • Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and root planning as needed
    • Conduct initial patient screenings and review dental/medical histories
    • Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays)
    • Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and lifestyle choices that impact oral health
    • Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants as needed
    • Assess and document patients' oral health status and update treatment plans
    • Maintain a clean and organized operatory, following OSHA and infection control protocols
    • Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care
    • Provide a positive and compassionate patient experience, addressing questions or concerns
