Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Development Engineering Co-Ops supporting the Global Technical Operations/Supply Chain organizations within our MedTech sector, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are currently recruiting for Fall Co-Ops (August - December 2025).
The Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies—including sutures, surgical staplers, clip appliers, trocars and synthetic mesh devices—that are used in a wide variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business combines products and services of two market leading legacy companies, both with long histories of medical innovation. Formerly called Ethicon, Inc. based in Raritan, New Jersey, was founded more than 80 years ago as a pioneer in suture development and manufacturing, helping to transform the safety and electiveness of open surgery. Formerly called Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. was created 25 years ago in Cincinnati, Ohio, developing innovative devices that have driven the revolutionary shift from open to minimally invasive surgery that continues to lead the industry today.
Duties and Responsibilities
Are you looking to get hands on experience in the Corporate world? Our Co-Op position looks to develop early talent under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, to gain real time knowledge and developing an encouraging network. This role will support our Surgery business within Johnson & Johnson MedTech within the Global Technical Operations and Supply Chain organizations.
