Responsibilities Position Summary: As an integral part of the Patient Experience department, the Patient Experience coordinator supports Dignity Health Medical Foundations Patient Experience program. A primary objective of this position is to assist in the planning, preparing, organizing, coordinating, and documenting the Patient Experience program, projects, and initiatives for Dignity Health Medical Foundation. While this position reports to the Director of Patient Experience, it also reports to the Director of Human Resources for supporting Dignity Health Medical Foundations New Employee Orientation (NEO) and New Leader Orientation (NLO). This position provides administrative support to the Director of Patient Experience. Occasional travel is required. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Two (2) years event/activity coordination, project planning work experience required. - High School Diploma or equivalent - Proficient in MS Office applications Outlook, Excel, Word - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications: - Associates Degree preferred - Ability to create presentations, work with .pdf files, comfort with Excel for managing lists - Ability to work with little or no supervision.
