TRI POINTE HOMES IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, DETAIL ORIENTATED, PROBLEM SOLVING INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS A FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER IN OUR HOME OFFICE.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: This position is a Home Office role, reporting to the Corporate Controller, Homebuilding Operations. Among other things, the candidate will be a key member of the team responsible for leading business process improvements for companywide accounting and finance initiatives, and help with documenting, and implementing and monitoring compliance with the Company’s accounting policies and procedures. The candidate will act as the liaison between the Home Office accounting shared services team, divisional finance and operations teams, and other Home Office departments including IT, Sales and Marketing, National Operations and Legal.
