Eating Disorders Therapist – Intensive Outpatient Program
Eating Disorders Therapist – IOP (Independent/Fully Licensed & Associate License Welcome!)
Ryther is a recognized leader in behavioral health services for children, youth, young adults, and their families facing complex challenges. We're dedicated to providing comprehensive services and innovative treatments. We guide, coach, and teach so that every client we work with may experience new ways of thinking, develop positive relationships, and realize a better life. We hope you'll join our team of amazing therapists!
As we prepare to open an eating disorders therapy program with a continuum of care options, we seek to hire a therapist with experience in providing eating disorders focused therapy. Grounded within the agency's trauma recovery model and racial equity work, the eating disorder program will employ evidence based and best practices models of care, informed by the participants receiving services. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape a clinically rich, client focused eating disorders program.
We're also hiring for multiple programs with different intensity. The salary range is partially dependent on the intensity of the program. Our Intensive Outpatient Therapist position is an example of a role higher on the pay scale due to it's intensity.
Whether your license is associate level or fully independent, we have a place for you! Depending on your licensure status, and experience, your salary would be $70,180 - $84,800 (with an increase for groups, language skills, having an SUDP/T, and managerial positions). The listed salary range includes the IOP salary range, which differs across programs. This position is Monday-Friday, daytime and some evenings.
