Responsibilities of this position include: - Operating diagnostic ultrasound equipment for the purpose of performing optimum quality obstetrical ultrasound examinations and contributes to the efficient operation of the department to ensure the quality and continuity of care - This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) AD & A in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served If you possess the following, please apply: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology and Ultrasound Technology required - Certification American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers preferred; required within 1 year of employment - Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) preferred Physical Demand Analysis: - Physical Requirements: Walk and stand for prolonged periods, bending. Movement of equipment - Visual Requirements: View images on monitor screens, hand-eye coordination. - Hearing Requirements: Hear normal sounds. - Working Conditions: Normal office environment with adequate heat and lighting.
