Position: Producer Support Representative ll Position Summary: The Producer Support Associate II will be responsible for direct producer communication by receiving, documenting and resolving issues raised by the producer via telephone or email. The Associate will provide direction to end-users of the Lumeris Onboarding system, clarification of benefits, and explanations of commission calculation with the goal of resolving simple and intermediate issues while providing quality and timely support. Job Description: Role and Responsibility * Act as an internal liaison and customer service resource for internal agents and external producers relative to enrollment and policy questions, systems issues, and coordination of producer commissions * Receive inbound communication from a multi-tenant client base with the ability to effectively and accurately research, define, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner * Aid in educating brokers and general agent partners on plan policies, benefit interpretation, and use of online self-service tools * Appropriately disposition cases having the expertise and understanding to clearly communicate dispositions and resolutions based on client and/or contracted services * Ability to provide effective methods to assist the producer in resolving the issue * Properly documenting reported issues, steps taken to resolve, and communicate downstream as appropriate * Facilitate enrollment data intake from producers * May perform some administrative aspects of commission payments such as routine tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting issues relative to missing or disputed payments Experience, Qualifications and Education * Education: High School diploma of GED required. Associates degree preferred. * Experience: 2+ years of related work experience. * Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription drug coverage * Knowledge of independent producers (brokers/agents) operational practices * Basic Desktop operation knowledge * Working knowledge of internet concepts and browser configurations (Internet Explorer) * Previous experience with healthcare software applications preferred * Consistently modeling the highest levels service, support and professionalism * Expert customer service skills: people oriented, even tempered, detail oriented * Exceptional oral and written communication skills required * Excellent analytical skills Orderly problem solving and conceptual skills a must * Organized, highly ethical and concerned with quality output * Ability to function in a team environment * Good time management * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application- Including Outlook, Excel, Word * Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Lumeris is an EEO/AA employer M/F/V/D.
