The Analyst, Compensation & Execution is responsible for providing wide range of business support including analysis and project management required to enable business decision support and incentive compensation program administration.
This role plays important role in assisting compensation manager and commercial leadership in providing direction in development of sales incentive solutions and field sales quota planning. This individual is also responsible for executing approved compensation program and ensuring compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Care Compliance (HCC), Human Resources (HR) policies and other requirements relating to compensation processes and administration.
Commission plans administration in SRM system ensuring accurate commissions calculations for assigned geographies.
Supports setting metrics and other reporting requirements around sales incentive programs including monthly commissions, rankings, awards, contests, and other incentives.
Supports US Sales Quota allocation process.
Supports field sales commission reporting and setting new field associates with appropriate compensation program.
Partner with IT to ensure all analytics systems are updated to support the needs of the business.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
Develop and continuously improve commission processes and reports.
Ensure Company compliance to Sarbanes Oxley requirements & Internal Controls as it relates to compensation planning and payments. Ensures all commissions processes are performed in a compliant manner and any commissions related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date.
Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures
Performs other duties assigned as needed
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience required. A business, accounting, finance, economics, or marketing degree is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of dynamic work experience required with a minimum of 2 years in a compensation administration or related role
A consistent track record of working in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed
Proven strong analytical skills (advanced Excel)
Leadership skills and conviction to do the right thing
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills required (intermediate Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to present detailed data in a clear and concise manner
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complexity
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
Demonstrated success in creative problem solving and team partnership is required
Preferred:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77,000 to $124,200
