Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ADA, fire codes).
- Proven experience in budget management and vendor/contractor relations.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and standard office applications.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday through Friday
- Will participate in evening &/or weekend coverage rotation, as required.
- Pay: $58,656/annually
