Under direction of the HR Operations Manager, responsible for the delivery, tracking, and reporting of training within the HR Department. In a meaningful and engaging manner, delivers training program content to individuals and groups on a wide variety of topics to maximize learning, application and retention. Manages and coordinates the logistics, systems, vendors, and presenters for training programs and sessions. Provides excellent customer service in an educational and advisory role. Job Roles * Administer the Learning Management System to include user and content management, compliance reporting and scheduling, registration, password resets, and troubleshooting. * In a meaningful and engaging manner, deliver training programs and content to individuals and groups on a wide variety of topics to maximize learning, application and retention. * Maintain Training Calendar to include all safety, audit and survey, nursing in-service, and drills. * Ensure required training content is updated and launched as scheduled, and proactively notify employees of requirements via email, Workday, SumTotal LMS or other appropriate methods. * Adhere to a reporting schedule on the status of required trainings, certification/license expiration, and other tasks as assigned, using Workday, SumTotal LMS or other applications for regulatory and compliance purposes. * Coordinate all logistics for trainings to include scheduling, room configuration, vendors, and presenters. * Manage work flow and deadlines in an efficient manner assisting with short- and long-term planning. * Provide input on new approaches in support of continuous improvement and LEAN activities in department efficiency and services provided. * As assigned, provide support to the HR Service Center in consulting with HR Leadership on issues that arise proposing solutions and alternatives. * Complete other duties as assigned. Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations * Bachelors degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the skills, knowledge and ability to perform the essential job duties is required. * Ability and means to travel as needed in a timely manner within San Diego County. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Requires an active Class C California drivers license, proof of liability insurance at $100,000, on vehicle used. No more than 2 points in past 12 months; No suspensions in last 2 years for moving violations; No DUI, reckless or felony Driving within 5 years. No license revocation in 7 years. * Professional certification is preferred.
