    Johnson and Johnson, Inc. is recruiting for a Finance Manager, located in New Brunswick, NJ, to provide financial support to Global Legal and Privacy Organizations.

    Position Summary:

    The Legal Finance Manager will be responsible for leading critical forecast and closing cycles while collaborating with both functional and finance leaders to influence and shape business decisions. The position will support strategic projects with a focus on automation and process improvements to deliver enhanced analysis and visibility of legal spend. This position will report to the Sr. Finance Manager, Global Legal and lead a team of 1-2 direct reports.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leading the Business Plan and Forecast processes

    • Ensuring all compliance requirements are completed timely and accurately

    • Framing and communicating quarterly results to senior management

    • Partner with the Legal Operations Team regarding financial forecasts and quarterly closing requirements

    • Leading the quarterly Legal Charge out process and drive process improvements/automation

    • Supporting Business Partners in evaluating and addressing ad hoc needs

    • Support technology solutions for streamlined and standardized analysis and reporting including the Corporate Function roll out for key Signifi initiatives

    • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.

    • CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.

    • A minimum of five years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting is required.

    • Strong financial analysis and systems skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Alteryx) and the ability to adapt to a changing technology systems landscape are required.

    • Ability to collaborate and partner with people at all levels and have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are required.

    • Strong team building skills are required, people management experience preferred.

    • The candidate should be able to think creatively, maintain and improve sound business processes while working in a dynamic team environment.

    • This position will be based in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 5% domestic and international travel.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    100000 to 172500

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
