    We are looking for a talented and driven Undergraduate Student in either their Junior or Senior year to join our team for a Data Management / Business Intelligence project. In this role, you will develop and deploy a dashboard that illustrates business performance for our largest US MedTech customers. You will collaborate closely with Customer Solutions Contract Management, Offer Development, and Account Management to deliver a solution that illustrates sales performance against business plan, year-to-date target and year-over-year growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Fall Co-Op will partner with the Customer Solutions Account Management organization to support analytics, including but not limited to sales analytics, contract execution and ad-hoc data analytics. The role’s priorities include creating, leading, and implementing process improvements, partnering across Sales, Marketing and Finance to drive key KPIs and advanced analytics and insights in support of Customer Solutions priorities. This position will also closely collaborate across Commercial Operations, Information Technology functions (Data, Governance, Analytics) and other work streams to ensure data alignment, consistent reporting, and a focus on improving and building out new capabilities. This role will communicate and drive insights while methodically tracking investigations to uncover broader growth trends that improve Customer Solutions’ effectiveness & efficiency in day-to-day operations.

    Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Proactively work with Business experts to find opportunities for business performance improvements and collaborate effectively with other functions, finance, marketing, IT, etc.
    • Develop and support innovative approaches within Data Management activities to support identified opportunities that will improve operating efficiency through eliminating redundant steps and/or automating manual insights as appropriate
    • Drive intuitive user-friendly reporting (reports and solutions) across the business through partnering with internal partners, ensuring an environment for success exists.
    • Evaluate the organization’s ability to deliver value on reporting and insights and create & deliver business value recommendations for change where applicable

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Major in Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field with an expected graduation date of no later than June 2026.
    • Experience extracting detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, and analyzing is a plus
    • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data
    • Excellent computer skills; MS Excel is a must. MS Word and PowerPoint applications are a plus
    • Have an interest in data visualization techniques (e.g., Tableau or Qlik)
    • Have an interest in data transformation techniques (e.g., Python, R, or SQL)
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Detail oriented, dependable and motivated
    • Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility
    • The preferred location for this position is Raritan, NJ.
    • This may require up to 10% domestic travel including occasional weekends and/or overnight travel
    • Project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $22 per hour to $51.50 per hour

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
