ADHC/CBAS Staff LCSW Helping Hands for Better Living ADHC/CBAS - Garden Grove, CA 92840 $35 - $45 an hour - Part-time Per diem LCSW needed for an outpatient sub-acute facility that specializes in providing therapeutic, educational, nursing services in an Adult Day Health Care/ Community Based Adult Service Center. THIS IS A PER DIEM POSITION! Salary is $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and education. Will accept newly licensed LCSW's, but prefer 1 year experience working as an LCSW. Must have valid LCSW license. Must have CPR and First Aid certification. Program Participants are quadriplegics, that possess a variety of physical, cognitive and medical challenges. The staff LCSW is an integral part of the Inter-disciplinary team of professionals that include: Registered Nurse, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapist, Medical Doctor, MSW's, and Registered Dietitian. No off-site travel. Flexible hours, 6 - 12 hours per month or more during "high assessment" months. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 3:30pm daily. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
