Overview
Housing Stabilization Services is a Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities and seniors find and keep housing. Housing Stabilization Workers partner with Accend’s Integrated Care Managers to support internal clients and external referrals.
Responsibilities
Housing Stabilization Workers provide three services to clients. These are:
- Housing Consultation – service to develop a person-centered plan for people without MA case management services
- Housing Transition – service that supports a person to find housing
- Housing Sustaining – service that supports a person to maintain housing
Qualifications:
To qualify as one of our Housing Stabilization Workers, you must:
- Complete mandated reporter training, which includes training on vulnerable adult law.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Be knowledgeable of local housing resources.
Compensation
$22 per hour
