    Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff / Assistant Manager / Manager.
    This role involves developing and implementing programs to enhance employee relations, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in Human Resources and a deep understanding of best practices in employee management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement programs to foster positive employee relations and provide comprehensive support to all staff members.
    • Analyze wage and salary reports to design competitive compensation plans.
    • Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure all policies comply with federal and state laws.
    • Review contracts and agreements for company offices, branches, and stores.
    • Oversee the new hire orientation process to ensure effective integration into the company culture.
    • Advise management on resolving employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
    • Assist documents for HR related audits.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and external legal/professional resources to maintain compliant employment policies.
    • Manage employee onboarding, recruiting, and staffing processes.
    • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processing.
    • Lead reviews and updates of existing policies to reflect current best practices and legal standards.
    • Manage company invoices and payments.
    • All the other administrative related work.

    Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 / per year

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
    • Demonstrated progressive leadership experience in Human Resources roles.
    • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning/development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with legal advisors and management.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Bilingual English and Korean
