    Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Co-op Associate for our Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR) Training Academy! We are recruiting for the following function: Clinical & Portfolio Solutions (C&PS). This position is for university students in the United States.

    We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our IDAR Academy. The Academy is a premier training program focused on developing and inspiring talent considering a career in pharmaceutical research and development. You can help advance our medicines in development at Johnson & Johnson! Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

    • Clinical & Portfolio Solutions (C&PS): We manage systems and processes supporting Patient & Investigator Portals, Clinical trial management, Electronic Data Capture, Trial Master File, Project & Portfolio Management and Shared Solutions. How you can make a difference: Apply your analytical acuity, understanding of computer systems concepts, and ability to learn and adapt to new technology in the support of our clinical trials processes.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now, or in the future (e.g., H1‑B).
    • Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA.
    • Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required.
    • Availability to work 40 hours per week from May to December, 2025

    Educational Preferences:

    • Preferred fields of study are data science, engineering, computer science, and/or other health-related or scientific fields.

    Payrates:

    Technical Degrees:

    • The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $25.00/hr, Junior $26.00/hr, Senior $28.00/hr, Master’s degree $33/hr.

    Business Degrees:

    • The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $22.00/hr, Junior $23.00/hr, Senior $24.00/hr, Master’s degree $30.00/hr.
