A Place for Mom is seeking to hire experienced, consultative Sales Representatives to join our growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options. We are seeking individuals who are driven by delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission. Our Inbound Phone Sales Representative is a key member of our Welcome Advisor team.
What you will do:
You will be using your existing skills and proven success in direct-to-consumer sales to convert high-volume inbound phone leads into revenue.
You will use an ACD (auto answer) phone system for the high-volume intake of inbound, pre-screened phone leads daily while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative. Our Inbound Phone Sales Representatives are expected to work an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence.
As an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, you will conduct in-depth initial consultation calls. During these calls you will educate families about customized senior care options and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs.
What will make you successful:
As a Welcome Advisor you will be the family’s first interaction with A Place for Mom. Using empathy, grace, and a consultative approach, you will provide guidance and support to deliver a great family experience. You will act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers. Your success will be measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls) using an ACD [auto answer] phone system. Your goal is referring families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins.
Our ideal candidate for this Inbound Phone Sales Representative position will have worked in a fast-paced, high-volume phone sales structure in past positions. Experience within Senior Living or Home Care organizations is desired, but not required for this position.
Qualifications
Two (2) or more years of experience in high-volume inside sales/inbound phone sales
History of exceeding sales targets
Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
Successfully complete new hire training program

Schedule
You will work a 40-hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs, and may include regularly scheduled evenings and weekends, along with some holiday shifts during the year.
