    Job Description:

    We are searching for top talent for an Intelligent Automation RPA Manager located in Raritan, NJ.

    Intelligent Automation RPA is a high impact area in Johnson & Johnson Technology Services organization which contributes to the vision and strategy of enabling the enterprise with innovative IA tools and technologies in software driven automations and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA automation technologies, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and suppliers to drive efficiency and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • RPA Application Build Lead: Responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of Intelligent Automation RPA solutions including capabilities that align with enterprise-wide automation strategies such as AI/ML and Cognitive computing and Process Orchestration.
    • Accountable for end to end RPA automations from intake, design, build and hand over to operations. Drive industrialized service standardization through quality and cost-effective automations by developing best practices, frameworks, and standards for RPA automations across the enterprise
    • Business Relationship : Manage business stakeholder relationship, promote/market IA capabilities, influence demand/use case generation, articulate value/ROI, identify revenue generation channels. Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored automation solutions. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote RPA capabilities and advantages across the organization.
    • RPA Build and Deployment Management : Ensure alignment with business partners for project delivery scope, financials, resources, schedule, milestones, roles and responsibilities. Delivery projects with quality within budget and timeline.
    • Communication : Communicate clear expectations to team members, vendor partners, business partners, and other TS organization (i.e. TQ, SQA, ISRM). Handle partner concerns, provide resolution and communication path forward to business leadership. Develop and deliver clear and impactful communication on RPA initiatives, including progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Ensure all team members are informed and engaged throughout the RPA project lifecycle.
    • Resource and Talent Management : Lead onsite/offshore internal and external development team members. Set Goals and expectation at strategic level as well as daily operation level
    • Governance : Provide Governance for Design & Code review process, compliance & security alignment. Enhance governance frameworks to ensure compliance with corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to automation
    • Technical & Architecture: Participate in Solutioning and design of automation incorporating multiple IA capabilities (i.e. RPA, BPM, IDP, NLP, etc). Detail design may include but is not limited to data, logic, APIs and integrations in a modular and ideally service fashion, so that product teams can implement, scale and/or use/reuse. Drive continuous improvement across platform and products through automation, measurements and standard processes.
    • SDLC & IA Methodology: Ensure alignment of standardized IA Methodology, SOPs & Work Instructions to deliver automations.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field required (Master’s Degree Preferred): Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or STEM related fields.
    • Certification in an Intelligent Automation RPA technology preferred.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • 5+ years’ experience as an automation engineer with a proven record of high-quality automation build in RPA
    • Proven experience leading large scale Service Delivery in a regulated environment.
    • 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture and design, and software development
    • Must have experience in handling external supplier teams, concurrent project implementations. Must be flexible and able to prioritize simultaneously. Experience in internal talent management and development
    • Project Management, full lifecycle management. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work at any given time
    • Strong communication skills to translate technical design ideas and proposals to both technical and non-technical group of stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, root cause analysis and risk assessments with a strong attention to detail.
    • Continuous learning mentality of the latest technology trends and instituting innovative thinking/attitude throughout the organization.
    • Substantial skills in the platform technologies in their domain, sufficient to drive technical solutioning with the ability to effectively engage with engineers to make decisions on technical trade-offs.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $115,000 to $197,800

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
