Description
We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cell Therapy Intern/Co-op. This internship/co-op will provide an opportunity to work with the Analytical Development Advanced Therapies Characterization team on execution of specific tasks and projects in cell therapy related to strategic activities conducted for the portfolio. Participate in projects related to flow cytometry, co-culture and other characterization assays to further cell therapy product knowledge.
Qualifications:
· Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s or higher degree in the biological sciences.
· You are passionate about science & operational excellence.
· You have strong problem-solving skills for developing innovative solutions and meeting project objectives.
· You have demonstrated ability of critical thinking and prioritization with respect to project objectives.
· You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
· You possess good interpersonal skills and can work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software’s.
Preferred:
· Prior experience working in a laboratory setting.
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
