Job Summary: Partner with our clients and the Comfort Keepers Support Team to coordinate exceptional care and service. Communicate effectively with caregivers, providers, and families while ensuring seamless scheduling and prompt resolution of service requests.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong sales and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries, leads, and home visits
Match caregivers with clients based on qualifications and needs
Manage client relationships, resolve issues, and ensure quality care
Coordinate care plans with providers and family members
Track and update care documentation and notes
Address scheduling challenges and support team communication
