Job Summary: The Support Technician 1 is responsible for shipping, receiving, decontamination, transfer of devices, and other services within the scope of business policies and procedures to support the Ethicon Service Center operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: • Maintains shipping and receiving areas • Receives, inspects, and stocks spare parts from multiple suppliers • Receives and decontaminates returned equipment • Packs and ships spare parts to domestic and international destinations • Packs and ships medical devices to domestic and international destinations • Manages movement of devices from various locations within the service center • Transfers devices to various inventory locations • Delivers miscellaneous packages to the requestor • Updates service system(s) for all product movement to ensure accurate inventory and asset management QUALIFICATIONS Experience and Education: • High School diploma required. • Experience with FedEx and DHL Shipping software is a plus. • Experience with Microsoft office is a plus. • Experience with Salesforce software is a plus. • Experience with warehouse organization is a plus. • Experience in problem solving and continuous improvement is a plus.
