    Johnson and Johnson is currently recruiting for a Technology Services Manager Leader located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Looking for a top-tier IT manager that will help deploy the next generation infrastructure that will bring our vision of the manufacture of the future in the MedTech space. The IT manager will be responsible to deliver on programs and projects already in motion. Will work with peers and resources to build and deliver solutions, while being end to end accountable on all the technology services for manufacture at the site. This position will also push for secure network designs and the use of intelligent automation. As a manager in this role you will improve reliability, see the site grow and produce new lines of products that will launch new ways of delivering surgeries. The ideal candidate will have experience in correcting and implementing new processes and driving innovation in a large healthcare company. There will be direct responsibility of managing employees as well as contracted resources via a third-party and through other organizations. Experience in a matrixed environment and leading support teams is required. Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Execution & Delivery/Scrum Leadership
    • End-to-end accountability for Technology Services, including but not limited to: reliability, application development and support, agile delivery, local infrastructure, and audit support at a Supply Chain site.
    • Partnering with Engineering / Alignment on solutions architecture that stay in sync with J&J security and GxP practices.
    • Oversight of local technology services resources.
    • Delivers the infrastructure needed for new manufacture.

    QUALIFICATIONS Required:

    • 7 years' experience supporting Supply Chain/Manufacturing required
    • Expert experience in GxP systems, Computer System Validation and proven track record in the support of FDA regulated systems and business required
    • Proven track record in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges required
    • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or meaningful experience in related fields
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
    • Expertise in data center/manufacture IT management and data governance
    • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
    • Ability to manage personnel

    Preferred:

    • Experience working in IT supporting GxP applications and manufacture, including but not limited to ITIL service frameworks.
    • Experience supporting audits in the areas of IT
    • Experience helping crafting network secure zones in a hybrid space (manufacture and commercial).
    • Training with certification (Green or Black Belt) in Process and/or Design Excellence
    • Training in Process Mapping and Design preferred
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts preferred.

    • Language requirements - fluent and proficient in English
    • Travel percentage - national travel 20% of the time
