Job Description:

Looking for applicants who have an associates degree and/or some admin experience. Will be in the Chem sample room, logging in samples, shipping samples to other labs, maintaining glassware, filing, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products.
• Some data interpretation required. Coordinate testing of samples and input data into computer application.
• Should have good laboratory skills, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in operating analytical equipment preferred (analytical balance, total carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter).
• Should exhibit good problem-solving skills.
• Should possess computer skills as well as good communication skills.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry or Associate’s degree
• 0-3+ years experience with HPLC
• Basic HPLC instrumentation in a laboratory setting
• Experience with pharma/biotech quality control testing is preferred but not required.
• Data acquisition software (Chromeleon, Chem station, Empower)
• Attention to detail.
• Well organized.
