Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst – NA IM Commercial FP&A to be located in Titusville, NJ.

The position will provide financial support and analysis to the North America Innovative Medicine Commercial organization through sales reporting, consolidations, and analytics. The Lead Financial Analyst will be a key partner to the full North America Innovative Medicine finance organization. The individual will own reporting and analyzing sales for Johnson & Johnson's largest business unit and region while effectively framing and communicating results to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum of four (4) years business experience is required.
• Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to drive improved processes, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred:

• A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certification is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or consumer products industry is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$88,000 - $142,600

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
