    Role Overview

    Chartis is looking for driven, dynamic, organized and collaborative talent to join the Learning team. As a Learning Associate, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day execution of firmwide learning initiatives.

    This is a remote role; however, monthly travel to the Chicago office is required for in-person learning programs

    Responsibilities

     Manage our Learning Management System, the Learning Hub.

     Lead colleague usage and the firm’s subscription to LinkedIn Learning.

     Gather and track data across all learning systems

     Manage communication for all learning, both virtual and in-person.

     Support with the logistical coordination of learning events, virtual and in-person.

     Contribute to special projects as needed within the learning function.

     Develop and maintain strong , collaborative relationships with colleagues throughout the firm.

    Qualifications and Desired Skills

     1-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

     Bachelor’s degree required .

     Outstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent follow-through.

     Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

     Outstanding client service orientation - highly responsible and willing to go the extra mile.

     Highly collaborative, with a strong team orientation.

     Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

     Ability and desire to learn new technologies through hands on experience.

     Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

     Experience with learning management systems a plus.

     Ability to travel occasionally to firm meetings and learning programs .

    Salary range: $ 57,000 - $84,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
