Demonstrates time management and organizational skills. Accepts and recognizes differences among people. Minimum Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of LVHN Progressive or Critical Care Education Program within 6 months of hire or transfer, or previous Progressive or Critical Care experience. Successful completion of Cardiac Arrhythmia Interpretation Course or passing score on Challenge Exam for Cardiac Arrhythmia by completion of orientation. Basic proficiency in Medication Administration Examination with a passing score within 6 weeks of hire. Successful completion of Trauma/Burn Course within 1 year of hire. External Applicants:BSN is preferred and required 4 years from start of emploment. Preferred Qualifications:1 year of recent burn care experience. BSN Preferred. Professional Certification in Clinical Practice Specialty. Licensure and Certifications:Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure. Current BLS Health Care Provider. ACLS and PALS certification within 9 months of hire or transfer..
