Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a Master's Degree with a Nutrition focus and a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline. Teaching expereince is required. Preference will be given to those candidates who have taught online cources. Candidates must be student centered and focused on student learning outcomes.

Processes pricing programs/contracts in Oracle from Quickbase for all locations and all markets.
Troubleshoots issues with orders for Customer Service/ Order Entry., including adding items to price books and adjusting price books for dealers.
Pays various rebates and administrative fees for Domestic, Canada, and Olympic accounts for all markets. This also includes a variety of reporting required with the rebates and fees paid along with the validation and upload /download of information that is completed monthly, quarterly and at year end for both calendar and fiscal periods.
Pays rep. commission for Domestic & Canadian reps., monthly, along with producing a variety of reports for various Reps. Manually adjusts commission calculations for specific programs (e.g., Grainger, Ed Don promotions).
Performs account /territory maintenance within Oracle - i.e., account movements, territory geographical changes.
Provides backup and support as needed for OnBase /Oracle account set up and maintenance and any other Sales Admin tasks.
Creates ad hoc reports depending on department needs.
Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functional area of department.
Supervises work of others, including planning, assigning and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards, training staff and overseeing their productivity. May offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments, but does not have responsibility for making these decisions.
Ensures all current and new employees are trained in the Code of Business Ethics, in its meaning and application. Periodically reviews the Code with employees and ensures they attend the annual ethics refresher program. Maintains a workplace environment that encourages frank and open communication, free from fear of reprisal, concerning compliance with the Code.
