    Job Duties: Serve as technical expert on different MES software and related technology. Provide support and troubleshooting skills to solve problems in the different business units through the implementation of new/updated MES configuration, implementation of complex electronic Manufacturing Batch Records, and integration of MES with related business and automation systems. Lead different projects related to MES and OT (schedule, plan, forecast, resource) and manage all the technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Lead engineering projects ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget with no impact to quality or customer service. Develop and execute detailed project plans using standard project management tools (Microsoft project, charter, Gantt chart, etc.). Provide technical expertise and assistance to assigned engineers, drafters, and technicians. Review proposed designs and test plans for conformance with task and contract requirements. Analyze test data for accuracy and consistency. Establish test plans and guide technicians in the collection of test data in a form suitable for analysis. Determine appropriate test criteria and procedures and analyze data comparing against specified and computed values, making changes and improvements where needed. Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification. Control project costs by approving and monitoring expenditures. Administer contractor contracts. Report status on assigned projects in various formats to various organizational levels. Manage the NC and CAPA process by documenting, investigating, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for product non-conformances. Ensure effective use of engineering and quality systems and adherence to quality system regulations (QSR). Perform process validations on new, transferred, or modified processes for MES Implementation. Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests, and performing process validation on new, transferred, or modified MES configurations. Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities. Lead cross functional teams during investigations for MES Continues improvement. Supervise technicians in Manufacturing Technician MES. Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.

    Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in an MES OT Lead-related occupation.
