And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) The role of the Exam Operations Manager is to oversee the processing of VA cases from start to finish, while meeting MSLA’s VA contractual requirements. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the workflow, quality and timeliness of the customer service supervisors and manage their staff Analyze performance metrics for overall staff Develop, recommend and implement process improvements Act as liaison between MSLA and contracted VA medical centers Maintain incoming Veteran referrals from the VA Address MSLA provider inquiries Ensure cases are completed within VA contractual deadlines Ensure escalated phone calls are properly managed Coordinate with MSLA VA departments to ensure all cases are completed in entirety Measure staff productivity and performance All other duties assigned by Management Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience in health care industry 3+ years or more experience as a Manager in a contact center or customer service environment overseeing a team of at least 50 or more staff (supervisors, individual contributors and team leads) Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office Suite Able to follow routine procedures consistently and efficiently Able to lead and motivate others Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented Organized Adaptable Able to consistently follow through Self-motivated Careers with MSLA.
