    We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Malvern Site Planning! An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.

    Purpose: You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the planning processes, systems, and procedures for the Malvern site. This includes development of detailed scheduling processes in alignment with global standards and in union with the Advanced Planning Transformation (APT) strategy. In this role you will also be the key planning representative on the Leadership team, where you will provide leadership and mentorship to the cross-functional team on management of the campus.

    The second key responsibility for this position is, for the maturity and transformation of planning processes and systems related to Detailed Scheduling and Materials Planning in the API Large Molecule sites with a goal to optimize and standardize processes across the API sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partners and collaborates with Fill Finish planning and E2E planning to understand, assess and respond to the market needs with the appropriate level of focus, priority, and resource

    • Provides Leadership and vision to further optimize the production planning and transform this into a product-based API platform process

    • Leads identification of inventory management opportunities that improve profitability through cost reduction, cost avoidance and process improvements

    • Accountable for the further development of the capabilities of the team and individual talent. Ensures recruitment and development of successful associates with different backgrounds in their career path to develop global leadership

    • Ensures to develop an organization capable to meet multifaceted business environment

    • Shapes, deploy, and lead implementation of APT within the site

    • Ensures compliance with EHS, GMP’s, SOX and Training & Business Compliance policies

    • Works closely with various functional partners within IMSC: E2E Planning, launch leaders, Manufacturing and Technical Operations (MTO), Finance, Quality

    Qualifications

    Education

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

    • Supply Chain Certification is a plus (e.g. APICS)

    Experience

    Required

    • At least 6 years of relevant Supply Chain experience (i.e., Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing)

    • Experience in the implementation, development and execution of business planning and control systems with particular emphasis in the proficient use of SAP

    • Shown discernment in the area of Supply Chain, Commercial and financials

    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaborating skills

    • Ability to work in a global and virtual network, composed of different cultures

    • Excellent problem solving and resolution implementation skills

    • Highly motivated, adaptable, and flexible

    Preferred

    • Experience in working within a cross-functional environment with multiple internal and external company partners

    • Experience with several of the following processes: inventory management, supply chain management, supply planning, scenario analysis, production planning, process excellence, SAP systems and/or other manufacturing/planning business processes

    • Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends

    • Experience in leading and developing successful teams

    • Ability to develop, mentor and manage a team of planners in the execution, strategies, and realization of departmental and company goals.

    • Ability to build strong collaborative teams and relationships, leading virtual teams

    • This position requires up to 10% of travel domestically and internationally
