The Manager of TEC Professional Education is responsible for the planning and execution of Professional Education programs for external healthcare customers nationally, and/or within their assigned region and assigned specialties. The Manager leads resources for the efficient and effective delivery of Professional Education programs. The education continuum may include didactic and practical programming, including use of technology programs (simulation, telementoring, etc.) to improve the learning experience. After collaborating and aligning priorities with Sales, Marketing and Medical Devices Professional Education leaders, the manager will develop detailed plans for the region, including budgets, facility, and faculty needs and project manage work to execute Professional Education programming. They must ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and HCC policies to include Advamed, Pharma, ACCME and other global legal and regulatory bodies.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
