    As Manager, Revenue Assurance & Analytics, within the U.S. Region Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) organization, you will assist in efforts to identify & address unintended revenue leakage related to contractual price concessions across our businesses, sectors, and channels. You will participate to shape & implement a Revenue Assurance strategy while delivering efficient & valuable data analytics. You will work closely and liaise with Customers, ECM experts, Operating Company Business Leaders/Account Teams, Regional Process Owners, Audit, Legal, and compliance partners in the process. Your ability to develop detailed analyses and quickly transition from detailed to high level impact assessment will be critical within this role.

    This position demands attention to detail, strong data mining and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, excellent communication (written and verbal) and partnering skills along with self-starter mentality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with shaping and influencing the development of a robust Revenue Assurance strategy that supports ECM & Operating Company goals.
    • Identify the sources, purposes, and content of key data sets managed by the organization to develop new analytics to support revenue assurance projects and initiatives.
    • Drive increased transparency & consistency of data provided by Customers.
    • Produce key ad-hoc data extracts by utilizing querying tools within our source systems.
    • Lead the creation of analytics to provide input on various projects related to key Revenue Assurance topics.
    • Analyze various data sets to identify existence or potential of revenue leakage and communicate impact analyses to Supervisor.
    • Partner with Legal, Audit, Account Management, Operating Company leaders, and ECM Partners to address remediation of identified revenue leakage scenarios.
    • Review Customer contracts to ensure analytics incorporate and reflect relevant contractual terms.
    • Establish key reports & dashboards that reflect the work & value provided by our team.
    • Monitor industry news & resources and pursue participation in industry workgroups to provide key updates that may lead to improved savings.

    Qualifications:

    Required

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required.
    • Experience interacting with all levels of management is required
    • Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams and proven ability to effectively communicate & partner with leadership is required
    • Self-motivated with ability to think critically, challenge status quo, identify trends, problem solve and escalate to leadership as needed when faced with ambiguity is required
    • Ability and willingness to work in Raritan, NJ and travel up to 10% domestically is required

    Preferred

    • Experience with data mining/analytics is preferred.
    • Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical/medical device industry with a solid understanding of price concessions offered.
    • Progressive business experience in finance, sales & marketing, government pricing, contracting or other related area is preferred
    • Working knowledge of the 340B Drug Discount Program.
    • Experience with pharmaceutical rebate data, NCPDP D.0, CMS 1500, CMS 1450, NCPDP PDE.
    • Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end contract continuum from pricing/contract strategies through contract administration is preferred.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $100,000- $173,500

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
