    We are searching for the best talent for our MedTech Surgery, Manager of Global Strategic Marketing position, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

    The Manager - Global Strategic Marketing, Robotics will play a key role in leading and executing customer-facing visits at our Santa Clara facility. This position demands close collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Professional Education, R&D, Medical Affairs, Human Factors, Regional Marketing, Field Sales Organization, and external partners, to create a best-in-class customer-centric experience. Additionally, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders will be vital for the success of this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the Healthcare Provider (HCP) Engagement strategy.
    • Lead daily activities related to HCP Engagement, including organizing onsite visits and labs (scheduling, logistics, contracting, and follow-ups).
    • Maintain tracking systems and dashboards for HCP engagements.
    • Recruit, retain, and cultivate long-term relationships with key HCPs.
    • Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to inform go-to-market strategies and contribute to the development of platforms, products, and procedures.
    • Have a strong understanding of the program and deliver platform reviews to onboard strategic HCPs.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement in HCP Engagement strategies and experiences.
    • Develop and implement training materials for internal teams to foster understanding of HCP needs and engagement strategies.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate the progress and impact of HCP Engagement efforts.
    • Participate in industry conferences and events to promote our initiatives and build professional networks.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
    • Preferred experience in upstream and downstream marketing, brand marketing, or customer-facing roles.
    • Experience leading product or solution launches is preferred.
    • A proven track record of initiating, building, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships is required.
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
    • Flexibility to work unpredictable hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Background knowledge of the medical device industry is preferred.
    • Familiarity with surgical procedures is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead across various functions.
    • Consistent history of managing budget resources effectively and according to plan.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts.
    • Capability to exercise sound judgment and take appropriate risks.
    • Ability to influence without direct authority.

    Other:

    • This position Will be based out of Santa Clara, CA. and may require up to 10% travel (International and Domestic)
    • The anticipated base pay range for this role is $114,000 to $197,800
