    This Marketing Specialist position will support the Immunology Diseases Product Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies for both new and existing products. This position reports to the Product Manager in Immunology and will serve as a core member of the Immunology IST (Integrated Strategic Team).

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • HCC Marketing Approval process – iMR submission for all promotional resources
    • Complete full internal execution of the marketing process which incudes but is not limited to: Creation of purchase orders and Internal copy approval process
    • Printing or digitalize marketing materials
    • Maintain proper and effective storage of all sales and marketing materials either in third party facilities or local storage room.
    • Coordinate with sales and marketing team members, the development of specific marketing plans for target key accounts
    • Monitors, review and reports on all marketing activity and monitor results
    • Identifies, analyze and delineates market conditions in existing and potential markets
    • Coordinates market research and test market activities to determine market requirements for existing and future products, and to gather market insights from sales representatives and HCP’s
    • Helps to determine, monitor and manage the marketing budget
    • Assists management with the development, implementation and management of the productivity of marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
    • Communication with US partners to advance key brand initiatives
    • Liaison and support with local Advertising Agency
    • Plan and execute effective and impactful consumer marketing campaigns, with a specific focus in digital marketing and social media
    • If requested, participate and attend seminars, external meetings, community projects, meetings related to the Sales & Marketing
    • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • B.A./B.S. required; MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
    • A minimum of 5 years of business experience required.
    • Demonstrated success in-line marketing is required.
    • Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
    • Understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry.
    • Must have a strong sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail.
    • Sense of urgency required while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
    • The ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment is required.
    • Strong organizational skills are required
    • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment.
    • Must be innovative, proactive, and have strong analytical skills.
    • Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, proactivity, and communication skills required.
    • This position requires up to 25% of domestic travel.
